At Amma Naturals, all our products are natural food products. Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns or provide refunds.

Replacement Policy
We offer a replacement only if:
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product is damaged during transit.
- The package is received in a tampered condition.
To request a replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing ammanaturals.business@gmail.com or contacting us on WhatsApp.
Please include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the package and product
- An unboxing video (strongly recommended)
After verification, an eligible replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
Amma Naturals reserves the right to approve or reject replacement requests after reviewing the submitted evidence.
